Large halogen lamp set VHS20-10

The large lamp set is a signalling device for guiding traffic in crosswise as well as lengthwise closures of up to 100m on roads.

If more than 10 lamps need to be synchronised, by connecting two control units we get a set of 20 lamps. For connecting the control units, a connector needs to be added to both control units as well as a connecting cable.

Control unit VHR10-230V/12V halogen

• up to 10 independent halogen lamps HS20-xx can be connected to the control unit
• the control unit includes six functional modes:

1. one light moves from 1 to 10
2. two lights move simultaneously from 1 to 10
3. lights from 1 to 10 are switched on one after another and then switched off in the same sequence
4. lights from 1 to 10 are switched on one after another and then switched off all at the same time
5. lights from 1 to 10 are switched on one after another, switched off all at the same time and then they flash all at once
6. Odd lights are flashing against even ones

• includes the 24-hour as well as only-at-night option
• at night, electronics automatically reduce luminous intensity, to provide better orientation the lamps also have a backlight
• moreover, the electronics include reverse polarity protection and protect the battery from deep discharge
• in case of the 230V power failure, the control unit automatically switches to the 12 V battery
• in case of a 230V supply while the battery is connected, the capacity of the (connected) battery is maintained via a recharging circuit on the controlling electronics (no self-discharge of the battery)

Control unit VHR10-12V halogen has identical functions but it can only be supplied from a 12V battery.

Protection of the lamp control unit and the battery

• the lamp control unit together with the battery of up to 12V/230Ah is placed in a standard lockable metal-sheet box or a robust safety battery box
• the battery box protects the battery and the lamp control unit against weather conditions and theft

Halogen lamp HS20-xx

• halogen lamp ø200mm EN 12352 L8H
• the lamps is connected by a 10, 20, 30, 40, 50m cable with connector
• the lamps can be attached to a profile of ø43mm or 40x40mm
